The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original designer tags and packaging are included.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier at an authorized drop-off location and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
